Il Fatto Quotidiano: La Capitale debutta nel circuito dei concorsi d’eleganza con Anantara Concorso Roma

Il prossimo 16 aprile Roma entrerà ufficialmente nella geografia internazionale dei concorsi d’eleganza. Per quattro giorni, fino al 19 aprile 2026, andrà in scena la prima edizione dell’Anantara Concorso Roma, evento dedicato alle più significative auto storiche italiane, con 70 esemplari provenienti da alcune delle più importanti collezioni private di tutto il mondo.
L’iniziativa, organizzata da Anantara Hotels & Resorts e presentata da UBS, si propone come piattaforma di valorizzazione del patrimonio automobilistico nazionale, con un focus su design, ingegneria e storia del motorsport.
Le vetture saranno suddivise in 16 classi e valutate da una giuria internazionale guidata da Adolfo Orsi Jr, affiancato da esperti del settore e con Lorenzo Ramaciotti nel ruolo di giudice onorario. Il parterre comprenderà brand chiave del Made in Italy. Dalle Ferrari alle Maserati, passando per Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Lamborghini e altre case scomparse nel tempo con una selezione che spazierà dalle auto anteguerra fino alle prime supercar. Particolarmente significativo il tributo alle vetture del Cavallino e la sua partecipazione nell’Endurance con la presenza di modelli legati alla 24 Ore di Le Mans, come 250 LM, 275P e 499P.
Il programma prevede una prima giornata dinamica, venerdì 17 aprile, con il Giro d’Anantara: un percorso urbano riservato ai partecipanti che attraverserà il centro di Roma.
L’esposizione statica, aperta al pubblico, si svolgerà invece sabato 18 e domenica 19 aprile nell’area di Villa Borghese, tra Casina Valadier e Piazza Bucarest, con accesso tramite biglietti giornalieri.
Oltre all’aspetto espositivo, l’evento integra elementi legati all’hospitality di lusso, al food e all’artigianato italiano, posizionandosi come esperienza lifestyle completa. Parallelamente, sono previste iniziative sociali, con progetti legati al recupero e la redistribuzione delle eccedenze alimentari. L’obiettivo dichiarato è la costruzione di un appuntamento annuale capace di attrarre collezionisti, appassionati e operatori del settore, consolidando il ruolo di Roma come hub culturale anche per l’automobile storica.

For four days, until April 19, 2026, the first edition of the Anantara Concorso Roma will take place, an event dedicated to the most significant Italian historic cars, with 70 examples from some of the world’s most important private collections.

The initiative, organized by Anantara Hotels & Resorts and presented by UBS, aims to be a platform for the valorization of the national automotive heritage, with a focus on design, engineering, and motorsport history.

The vehicles will be divided into 16 classes and judged by an international jury led by Adolfo Orsi Jr, accompanied by industry experts and with Lorenzo Ramaciotti in the role of honorary judge. The lineup will include key Made in Italy brands. From Ferrari to Maserati, passing through Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Lamborghini, and other brands that have disappeared over time, with a selection ranging from pre-war cars to the first supercars. Particularly significant is the tribute to the “Cavallino” (Ferrari) and its participation in endurance racing, with the presence of models linked to the 24 Hours of Le Mans, such as the 250 LM, 275P, and 499P.

The program includes a dynamic first day, Friday, April 17th, with the Anantara Tour: an urban route reserved for participants that will cross the center of Rome.
