This week’s #52LakeChamplain view is of Potash Brook, Burlington’s urban stream. Though you can’t tell from this picture, the stream runs under and through many of the Burlington area’s residential and commercial districts, and an interstate is just up the hill out of frame to the right. This special spot is in UVM’s East Woods Natural Area and I look forward to excuses to revisit this lovely #urban #stream for #research and #teaching. #LakeChamplainBasin #Vermont #BurlingtonVT #UrbanStreams
