Awesome #lyra class tonight. My elbow co-operated and I was able to do things I didn't expect. https://www.instagram.com/reel/DQvMdsljG8G/?igsh=ZW03eTYzdmM2anhv #aerialshots
Lynne Marie Thomas on Instagram: "Lyra 2 class tonight was challenging but in the good ways. The combo included Running Man and Ankle hangs, both of which are nemesis tricks for me. I didn't expect to be this successful, AND my elbow didn't complain or give out. #aerials #lyra @comehellerhighwater always manages to prove me wrong when I think I can't do a thing."

In this video, Come Heller Highwater takes on a challenging lyra routine that includes running man and ankle hangs, both of which are notoriously difficult for them. With determination and perseverance, they not only complete the tricks but also achieve a sense of personal growth and accomplishment. The video showcases the importance of mental preparation, physical practice, and the power of believing in oneself. Come Heller Highwater's journey is an inspiring example of how anyone can push past their limits and achieve aerial success with the right mindset and training.
