L'obligation de pré-équiper dans le neuf et la rénovation

À travers son article 64, cette loi indique que tout parking d’immeuble neuf de plus de 10 places, dont la demande de permis de construire a été déposée à partir du 11 mars 2021, doit avoir 100 % de ses emplacements pré-équipés pour la recharge des véhicules électriques.
