Bill awaiting Gov. Kathy Hochul's signature would make it easier to find out who owns a building in New York State
The bill would create a public database which would list the names of those who benefit from an LLC.

A "stay of trial is necessary to avoid Supreme Court proceeding further on dismissed claims, to avoid an avalanche of compounding errors, & to afford Appellants any semblance of process, let alone the due process guaranteed to any litigant regardless of status or social standing.”
Both sides have until the end of Oct to suggest #receivers to oversee the #dissolution of the #LLCs.
