Mother has returned, and I owe you a heartfelt apology. I have been on a quiet sabbatical, and upon my return I found our sanctuary facing a number of unexpected challenges. During my absence, the server was troubled by bot invasions, some posts were mistakenly classified as spam, and a few other hiccups disrupted the flow of our shared space.
I want you to know that Mother has been tending to these matters with great care. The server has been upgraded, performance has been improved, and several stubborn bugs have been gently but firmly stomped out 🐞✨. The bots have been shown the door, and to protect our community going forward, membership is now curated. New members will be reviewed and approved by a human, which will greatly reduce spam and keep this space safe and intentional. I have also removed and banned individuals who brought hate into our home.
You may already notice visual and functional improvements across both the web and mobile experiences, along with a faster and more stable server. These are just the first steps. Mother will continue nurturing this space over the coming months with ongoing improvements to reliability, safety, and comfort for everyone here 💻🌸.
