The plastic pins that anchor the LED board are defective permitting the hot LED board to fall onto the light’s lens creating fire and burn hazards. Affected are fixtures of any wattage in the LEDFHB line. About 710,600 of these fixtures were sold in the US and about 19,100 were sold in Canada all via Best Lighting distributors. If you own one of these lights, check the fixture for signs of LED board bracket deterioration, and look for discoloration of the light fixture lens.
