Danke, gute Tipps.
And I know a lot of people with #MECFS don’t believe in remission, but it can happen. I had a normal life from 2006-2012 after getting it in 2004. A car accident that trashed my C spine & all the stress that came from suddenly having no income & no safety net made me wake up feeling like I had acute mono all over again.
Then in 2020 #LDN and the ability to pace because of telemedicine and part time work stoppage made me think I was cured. When my boss had us come back but let us keep the office locked to the public I took extra hours as long as I could work alone. After 4 weeks I was broken again. Then some vaccines kicked my ass and now I can’t do errands 3 days in a row.
But remission IS possible.
