Vernal PoolMicaiah Johnson's Space Between the Worlds audiobook is on sale at libro.fm and other outlets. It and its sequel are harsh and hopeful books, and I recommend them highly, though-fair warning-they are not easy or comfortable. The violence in the parallel worlds is ubiquitous but it should also be recognizable to those in our world, since it is drawn from the same places. The characters are excellent and complex.
