I really, really do love #latinos .... just not when I'm in the throes of an IBS flare-up - stop cooking that strong smelling ass food, and being loud and obnoxious or I'm calling #ICE Now bring me my puke bucket and Pepto. Zero stress is the ONLY effective way of alleviating IBS. Do I have a zero stress life? No. But I should. Doctor says so. Post traumatic STRESS disorder >:(
