Mitsotakis and I visited Spaso-Preobrazhensky Cathedral in #Odesa. The cathedral was heavily damaged by a russian missile strike.

The vast majority of russian targets are ordinary, civilian facilities. We must restore each and every one of them. I am grateful to #Greece for its willingness to participate in the restoration of our cultural heritage, particularly in Odesa.
