I used to do #kyokushin #karate for such a long time, had good few titles as well. In any sport, it's easy to feel better than others, there is a limit that you can close to by working hard enough to be above others.
But on the other hands, I'm doing science and engineering for a long time as well. While it is easy to fall into the arrogance trap (as I did a few times), there is no limit at all, there is no end. You can't simply be better than others. There's always someone with more knowledge
Estat mental:
I'm baaaaack. It was my first #kyokushin #karate tournament after 8 years away. Even though I lost at the final, but still feel happy to start again.
It was the UK and Ireland championship. And the photo is all the fighters that fought for #ireland and won a trophy.
