The declared characteristics “super”, “hyper” are just words. On its final trajectory, the rocket reaches a speed of just over Mach 4 (far from hypersonic). Accuracy is poor (in fact, the #3M22 was created to strike naval targets. They are much easier to hit than ground ones).
