#HyperdimensionNeptunia was quite, but at least it had some voice acting and nice graphical look. The Empire of Corpses is more #Kotobuki level bad, with a nonexistent plot and forgettable characters, bad voice acting, 3D graphics forced into everything. Chargeman Ken is said to be the worst #anime ever but at least the main character's design was likeable. The transformation scene was ok. It had something at least, a catchy song. Watching it doesn't feel like a punishment
