Obviously it was quite foggy and cold!

On location I was already pretty sure that these would be monochromes. but I struggled to really see motives at first. Luckily I went there just to take photos, not hiking.

Sometimes I just stood there for a while and was looking around to ... see whats around.

A Moody Day at Kochelsee

Last weekend, I didn’t feel like doing a long hike. The weather seemed uninviting, or perhaps I was just feeling lazy. Work had drained much of my energy, and the thought of a demanding trek didn’t appeal to me. Instead, I checked the webcams of the surrounding area and noticed fog blanketing the region around Kochelsee. Well we all know, fog often creates moody, atmospheric scenes, so I decided to visit two or three spots to see what I could capture.
