// #臺北市淨零排放管理自治條例終於獲中央核定。#淨零轉型不能只是口號，行政效率必須跟上全球暖化的速度。

世界氣象組織宣布2023年是有記錄以來人類歷史上最熱的一年，這幾年氣候變化劇烈，尤其漫長的夏天酷熱難熬，氣候變遷造成全球環境的影響嚴重又緊急，100多個國家、1000多個城市早已宣示要在2050年之前達到淨零排放。我擔任臺北市長時期，當然也要促使臺北市加入守護地球、守護下一代的行列，於是環保局推動全國首部淨零立法「臺北市淨零排放自治條例」，並在2022年6月三讀通過，7月送交行政院，如今 #一年半過去，終於中央核定。

#節能減碳不能只是 #隨口說說的環保口號，而是要變成每個人民的生活日常，即便我已經卸任臺北市長一年多，也希望當初的立法能讓臺北市全力促進城市淨零轉型，公部門率先示範，督促大企業跟進，再帶動人民落實淨零轉型目標。台灣民眾黨也會繼續推動淨零轉型相關立法，讓全臺灣都能跟先進國家同步邁向零碳未來。
