I love this version of the Knoten Cowl, made by my wonderful tester @onecreativecat

She added a stripe of contrast colour at the top and bottom, such a great idea.

Just released!

The Knoten cowl pattern is now available in all my shops.

It's a quick knit in Aran weight yarn with lots of ribbing and a large cable design.

You can also make a matching hat with the pattern for Knoten hat.

I've published a #knitting pattern yesterday - let me present: Alnus Cowl.

Pattern is here: https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/alnus-cowl or here: https://ko-fi.com/s/7f1c4c5c03

It's free!

I got a tangled skein from a hand dyer friend of mine. When it was untangeld, my daughter claimed it and I created the cowl. I think it's so beautiful, I wanted to share it with everyone.

Let me know what you think of it.

Alnus Cowl pattern by Beate Mieslinger

A skein of beautiful green yarn, just enough to make a soft, squishy cowl. Leaves to go with the color - simple enough to work up quickly, but interesting enough to avoid being bored from a long tube of plain knitting.
