Lesson learned. I twisted my “bum knee” during yoga at the gym this week after returning to activity too soon.
It started last Saturday after hiking and dancing. By Tuesday my knee was still sore, but Tuesday is also my gym day to help prevent injuries — oh, the irony. I fractured this same knee years ago while skiing, and it’s never been the same since.
I forgot how inconvenient it is not being able to walk normally. The doctor told me to use a knee immobilizer and stay off it for a week or two.
Fortunately, I will mostly be sitting on our road trip to Oregon for my niece’s wedding. Hoping to be back on my feet soon.
