Sergeant Lear's (Luthen Rael's real name) mission was to clear out Kenari at some point after the frigate crashed and the kids killed Imperial troops.
The girl Luthen rescued and raised was Cassian's sister a few years after the inciting event of Cassian's rebel life.
We may have seen the last of Dedra, and possibly Luthen and Kleya, though we'll likely learn specifics of what happens to the latter two if they don't appear again.
Dedra is just a cog in the grinder that is fascism and her arc is complete enough, as-is. We can imagine, as with Bix, and don't need to know.
(I do want to know B2EMO is happy, but I know there's mostly heartbreak and loneliness there 😭)
