The eye on Hellweg was first painted in 1980 by the local mural group. Due to damage to the wall and the installation of new thermal insulation, this is the third version. With each passing year, the eye has aged considerably." 1980, 1995, and 2010.

The Bilker Bunker is a former World War II air-raid shelter turned into a cultural institution. Built in 1942, the structure was repurposed in 2016 as a non-profit space for contemporary art, fashion, and music. The large mural on the facade, titled "Time Travelers" (Zeitreisende), was created in 1995 to symbolize the coexistence of different cultures. In fact, poverty is likely to increase, both here and worldwide. As always, the children are the ones who suffer. Poverty, coupled with a widely acknowledged unjust education system, contributes to their downward mobility. It's a scandal that receives far too little public attention.
