Agi: Nastassja Kinski: "Via le mie scene di nudo a 13 anni". Wim Wenders ritira 'Falso movimento'

AGI – Ci sono voluti più di 50 anni a Nastassja Kinski per vincere la sua battaglia: Wim Wenders ha deciso di ritirare 'Falso movimento', il film del 1975 in cui l'attrice all'epoca tredicenne compariva a seno nudo. Lo ha annunciato la fondazione Wim Wenders in una nota pubblicata da Die Welt.
"È stato chiesto ai partner di streaming, TV e distribuzione di non rendere il film accessibile pubblicamente", si legge nella nota. Non solo, Wenders si è anche scusato con Kinski. "Come unico responsabile di 'Falso movimento' all'epoca, capisco che Nastassja Kinski avrebbe dovuto essere protetta meglio in quel momento. Per questo mi scuso con te, Nastassja, senza se e senza ma", ha dichiarato.
Le accuse di Nastassja Kinski
Pochi giorni fa Kinski, che oggi ha 65 anni, ha raccontato al quotidiano tedesco Sueddeutsche Zeitung di aver cercato invano per anni di convincere Wenders a togliere quella scena. "Era il mio primo film, lui era il mio primo regista e non mi ha protetta", ha detto l'attrice, figlia di un grande del cinema tedesco, Klaus Kinski. "Anche se, a 13 anni, non capivo ancora molto, mi ero resa conto che non era normale", ha spiegato.
Il dialogo sul cinema controverso
La Wim Wenders Foundation ora avvierà un "ampio dialogo" con le istituzioni cinematografiche tedesche per trovare "metodi adeguati di trattamento per opere cinematografiche controverse del ventesimo secolo", ha riferito il regista. "Renderemo disponibile il film solo una volta completato questo processo, anche se ci vorrà molto tempo, e quando saremo in grado di presentare una soluzione accettata da tutte le parti, inclusa Nastassja Kinski", ha assicurato.

“Requests have been made to streaming, TV, and distribution partners not to make the film publicly accessible,” the note reads. Furthermore, Wenders has also apologized to Kinski. “As the sole responsible party for ‘False Movement’ at the time, I understand that Nastassja Kinski should have been better protected then. Therefore, I apologize to you, Nastassja, without hesitation,” he stated.

Nastassja Kinski’s Accusations
Just a few days ago, Kinski, who is now 65 years old, told the German newspaper Sueddeutsche Zeitung that she had unsuccessfully tried to convince Wenders to remove the scene for years. “It was my first film, he was my first director, and he didn’t protect me,” said the actress, daughter of a German film great, Klaus Kinski. “Even though, at 13 years old, I didn't yet understand much, I realized that it wasn't normal,” she explained.

The Dialogue on Controversial Cinema
The Wim Wenders Foundation will now initiate a “broad dialogue” with German film institutions to find “appropriate methods of handling controversial films of the 20th century,” the director said. “The film will only be made available once this process is complete, even if it takes a long time, and when we are able to present a solution acceptable to all parties, including Nastassja Kinski,” he assured.
