I have been trying to master the seemingly simple art of perfect "Chicken Fried Steak" and tonight was my second attempt.
Used Pork Cube Steaks tenderized with a kitchen whammer, egg wash, two hits of seasoned Italian "Tipo 00" flour, and Panko.
This batch came out quite good, highly edible, but I have not yet nailed the seasoning (needs more salt and pepper). Used cast iron pan to cook with high heat in Veggie oil.
