Hullo! I am NAAN and while I usually work as a comicker, I also take the time to archive or ramble about things I find interesting to share! I try to work within my financial limits, so anything archived is just mainly tech-related like a cassette filled with interviews or music that's never been in HQ online! (These are very specific examples for reasons.)

My primary fansite right now is one for Hans von Hammer, better known as #EnemyAce: https://hollenreiter.neocities.org A (justifiably) depressed and brooding WWI ace pilot who only likes talking to a wolf? Sign me up?!

I dabble in other parts of #DCComics fandom, mainly the #TangentComics publishing line. Other fandoms I tend to play in include #Macross, #AhMyGoddess / #OhMyGoddess , #KishinCorps, #TenchiMuyo and the #MagicalGirls genre. I've also posted stuff about #LimbusCompany but I don't talk about it much on here in comparison to the others.

Most of my fandom experience is done "alone," as I always tended to do fandom alone while growing up. (I got on the internet late too.) But I'm active in some of the fandoms above through Discord at times. I'm mainly a lurker but I like seeing what people are into (or seeing if they know the thing :eyes: )

I'm into #linguistics, #comics #history and #design, though you won't see much of those on here, given this is my fandom account. ( boop @naan )

I'm also Puerto Rican straight from the island (though living in the US for (checks notes), wow, 18 yrs!! And by next week I will no longer be in my mid 30s. Oh nooo. Well, anyway  My account is mostly SFW but I interact with accounts that are more adult-oriented. Please keep that in mind, and go cry to your mother if you ignore the warning and complain afterwards.

Since my sleep schedule got borked, I did the following:

-scanned the Comic Reader issue, before forgetting that I wanted 1200 dpi scans, so doing additional ones
-While scanning, decided to fill up pages of my #KishinCorps fansite with novel info and details, and saved images
-Investigated and cross-referenced through Amazon, a scifi database and the National Diet Library of Japan, where I made an account
-I CAN REQUEST DIGITAL PHOTOCOPIES OF ARCHIVES DESPITE NOT BEING IN JAPAN???

I usually try not to show WIPs of websites I'm working on, but I thought I'd show them off today. Planned fansites for #KishinCorps and #TangentComics  As you can tell, the KC one was last updated in March lol, mostly today has been Tangent.

One of these will be very easy compared to the #EnemyAce site and one of these...may just debut next year LMAO

Also a nice break from coding wiki database stuff  (which I will be going back to now, godspeed, me)
