Some London 2/3

Coal Drops Yard by King's Cross has rapidly turned into a fave spot. On a visit to London with my daughters, the transformation had begun; I'm not sure how we even found our way there because none of us knew about it. Perhaps thanks to the used books barge close by? Or the excellent Canal Museum? Anyway, whenever I can, I like to hang around there for a bit and soak in the genial mix of old and new.

Camley Street Natural Park - pretty much hidden between the canal and Kings Cross. It is not Hampstead Heath but it is an interesting project, maintaining a habitat for local wildlife, both fauna and flora. It is run by the London Wildlife Trust. It was a pleasant Sunday walk on a rare spring-like February day. Link to their web pages in the comments.
