Madelynn Cheung, a #Grade1 #student at #Skwowech #ElementarySchool, decided to #sacrifice her long locks for a #GoodCause - to #donate her #hair and raise money for #WigsForKidsBC — an organization that helps #children dealing with #cancer & other #illnesses .

She set a fundraising goal of $1,000.
As of today, her #WigsForKids #fundraising drive has brought in $2,095 👏

Madelynn Cheung said goodbye to her long locks just before spring break — and raised more than $2,000.
