I was supposed to rest yesterday. The #Wellington weather had other plans and blew over a portion of our fence. And low, there was demolition and a big van load of heavy detritus (fence, vines and other waste) taken to the local tip (dump).

Today I am stiff and tired. 36th day without a proper day off.

Two more beers to package. Not much more and can then shift into putting beers into tanks rather than taking them out.

#BreweryLife of an #IndependentlyOwned #FamilyBusiness deep in a #Recession - #KiaKaha to me.

In an ideal scenario I would be at home resting and healing from #DiverticularDisease while powerful antibiotics help to keep me from nasty infections.

Alas, no. My lead brewer messaged me at 6:30am to tell me he was in hospital as a result of a kitchen accident with a knife. They may be off work for weeks.

Solo operator (while unwell and at what I would call 60% my usual health and productivity) in the run-up to summer was not what I wanted on my Bingo card.

I have an excellent cellar hand who wants more hours and is keen to learn additional skills and will help me.

This is unbelievably challenging. #FortiterIre #KiaKaha

Fuck it I'm never correcting a typo ever again, #kiakaha #namast3
Māoriland Film Festival on Instagram: "Based on the origin story of the riotous and ground-breaking Irish-language rap trio Kneecap, the film stars the band’s Mo Chara, Móglaí Bap and DJ Próvaí in their acting debuts alongside Academy Award-nominated Michael Fassbender with Simone Kirby, Jessica Reynolds, Fionnuala Flaherty and Josie Walker. Set in West Belfast in 2019, it chronicles how fate brings the trio together and how they go on to “change the sound of Irish music forever”. @jeremy_pm too, wouldn't trust him as far as I could step... I won't be trying to throw anyone!
I recall the video interview after The Voice referendum and the warnings... unity is going to be so important.

Well this sucks. Feels like an attack on web history! #staystrong #kiakaha @internetarchive -> "The Internet Archive, the nonprofit research library that’s home to millions of historical documents, preserved websites, and media content, is currently in its third day of warding off an intermittent DDoS (distributed denial-of-service) cyber-attack. Guten Abend. #KiaKaha
