Head of the State Expertise Department of the Russian Ministry of Defense Magomed #Khandayev died at the age of 62.

Khandayev was for a long time responsible for the construction of facilities for the needs of the Ministry of Defense and was directly subordinate to former Deputy Minister Timur #Ivanov, who was arrested in April on charges of a billion-dollar bribe.
