The leaves having fallen, birds have fled the safety of their nest.

Meanwhile, former encampment residents have been forcibly scattered to locations across the city. Those who had been in line for permanent housing now face the prospect of falling off the list again.

The city, ever vigilant, has posted 24 hour security to ensure no one defouls the walled NIMBY garden.
