House prices in #kensingtonandchelsea are now back to the 2013 level - reported in the #ft today. Apparently real - if relatively wealthy - people may be moving there from further out . A surprising benefit to #housing in #london - although possibly also a political lifeline for the #conservatives in the one #innerlondon borough they still control!

Have spotted a report about a survey by 'Right Move' which ranks various places by perceived happiness . There are three #londonboroughs in the top twenty The other two are #richmonduponthames and #kensingtonandchelsea . Of the three #wandsworth is the only one controlled by #labour . A 'Borough of Happiness'?
