the trick to keeping weevils out of your rice is to put cloves of garlic and dried chilli in them 🌶️ this only becomes an issue if you store your rice for extended period of time 😅

anecdotal but Bario salt is said to have higher lithium content than other salts and is sometimes sold as a mend for mild depression. i wonder how true that is 😇

it’s become a little of a health fad so you can find this #Kelabit staple in the odd organic or #vegetarian store in #Kuching now. it used to be much more of a chore to get this 😅
