I loved this book (Keiichiro Hirano's "A Man") - and this is one case where I'm looking forward to the movie despite already having read the book.

“A Man” Takes Imposter Syndrome To New Dimensions

Life seems to be going incredibly well for them until Daisuke is killed in an accident. At the one-year memorial, his estranged older brother turns up from Gunma prefecture, clear across on the other side of Japan. Rie shows him Daisuke's photo and he immediately says: "Who is that? That's not Daisuke at all. That's a completely different man."
