@publicvoit #InboxZero is a strategy I use for years now in my Workflow(>= 100 Emails a day). I agree that, if this is not working for someone, esp. in a business env, then you have other issues you need to address.
#EisenhowerMatrix also helps to get the stuff sorted before I Respond/Delete/Archive it. Also Email responding is not an artistic writing form, #KeepItSimpleAndShort!
