It was raining this morning…
so I walked at home to a couple of “Get Fit With Rick” videos (seriously, love that guy - his workouts feel like a hug).

And now the sun’s out 😂
Of course it is.

I moved anyway, because I want to feel good. For as long as I can.
In this body. In this lifetime.

And that version of me... the one who shows up.
Who moves her body even in the rain.
Who listens to what she needs?

She’s worthy.
And she’s got bear support.
(Keanu was 100% cheering me on mid–side step.)
