After selling my Suzuki Burgman 400, I put a deposit on a 2021 Kawasaki Ninja 1000SX. Since it was all the way in Lacey, my partner drove us down I-5 there and we spent the light so we could pick it up in the morning. She followed me back up the Kitsap Peninsula to Bremerton, a route I chose to avoid traffic around Tacoma and Kent/Auburn, which ended up taking far longer than either of us expected.
