Electricity restored is most parts of srinagar after 3 days though info abt other parts of kashmir is hardly available.
Regardless, all through these years, south kashmir faces power outage during winters especially when it snows
Load shedding takes a toll on the lives of ppl.
Light comes in shifts of 3 hrs and an outage of 3 hrs.
Due to an unprecedented amount of snow at this time of the year, saffron crops stand totally destroyed and apple trees have fallen.
