What looks like a church is Jakab's Palace in Košice (Eastern Slovakia). Built in the Neo-Gothic style in 1899, it was designed by architect Arpád Jakab as his private residence.

The Gothic St. Elizabeth's Cathedral in Košice (eastern Slovakia) is the largest church in the country. Construction of the cathedral, dedicated to Elizabeth of Thuringia, began in 1378; over the centuries, it has been damaged, restored and expanded.

Immaculata - Plague Column of Mary in Košice (Kaschau - Eastern Slovakia) is a Baroque statue group on a 14 m high column, built in 1722-1723 in thanksgiving for the prevention of plague, war and famine.
