Damit sie nicht davonkeimen, beginne ich mal die #Kartoffeln zu verarbeiten und haltbar zu machen.

Das ist die Sorte #Fläckler, eine alte Sorte, die wir zum ersten Mal angebaut haben. Eine richtige Augenweide, so frisch gewaschen.

Heute auf dem Plan: Gnocchi und wenn ich schon Haufenweise Kartoffeln passiere vielleicht noch ein #Kartoffelbrot?

Das dauert jetzt eine Weile, bis das ganze im 12l Topf kocht...

Trying out a new bread recipe. This time it’s a potato bread which only needs 0.5g yeast but gives the dough 20 hours to mature. Really looking forward to it later today! 😋
