So there’s this kid, Li Fong, who comes to America with his mom. Before he leaves Beijing he is training with the legendary Mr Han (Jackie Chan). Li Fong offers to train his friend’s father for a boxing match and the father gets his ass kicked. And miraculously Mr. Han shows up in the United States to help Li fight in a citywide tournament. And Mr. Han drafts the original Karate Kid, Daniel LaRusso. I know it’s only a 90 minute movie but most of it just seems so derivative that it felt like it dragged. Even the 2010 reboot
