Organic pepper farm.

Sothy's Kampot Pepper Farm in Damnak Chang'aeur, near Kep in southern Cambodia.
Different colours of pepper are produced depending on the stage at which the pepper corns are plucked (unripe or ripe), and the drying / hand processing after plucking.
Electrical power is generated locally via solar panels, and irrigation water is pumped to storage from the well using pedal power.
