It might be lost in translation, but I presume the #Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station (HPP) used to serve the #Ukrainian energy grid while the Kakhovka Dam hadn't been destroyed, presumably by the #Russian invaders, yet.*
If so, why would the Ukrainian forces now attack that HPP?
And further still, why would you celebrate this?

Exclusive drone photos and information obtained by The Associated Press shows that Russia had the means, motive and opportunity to bring down a Ukrainian dam that collapsed earlier this month while under Russian control. Two officials said Russian troops were stationed in a crucial area inside the Kakhovka Dam where the Ukrainians say the explosion that destroyed it was centered. Images taken from above and shared with the AP also appear to show an explosives-laden car atop the structure. It’s not clear the car ever exploded and any such bomb would not have been powerful enough to bring down the dam. But Ukrainian officials say the photos show the Russians’ intent to rig it, and that they had the access and control to do so.

An AP investigation has found that Russian occupation authorities vastly and deliberately undercounted the dead in one of the most devastating chapters of the 22-month war in Ukraine — the flooding that followed the catastrophic explosion that destroyed the Kakhovka Dam in the southern Kherson region. Russia said 59 people drowned in the territory it controls. But The Associated Press determined the number is at least in the hundreds in the town of Oleshky alone. Health workers and others who were in Oleshky told the AP that Russian authorities hid the true number by taking control of the issuance of death certificates, immediately removing bodies not claimed by family, and preventing local health workers and volunteers from dealing with the dead.
