3/4 l Wasser
1 Vanillestange
2 grüne Chillischoten
einige Piementkörner
1-2 Scheiben Ingwer
125 g dunkles Kakaopulver (schwach entölt)
2 TL Bienenhonig

Zubereitung:
Wasser mit Piementkörnern, Ingwerscheiben, Vanilleschote und Chillistücken ca. 10 – 15 min. köcheln. Kakaopulver mit etwas Wasser anrühren und zum Chilli-Vanille-Wasser geben und aufkochen lassen. Anschließend auf dem Herd für 10 min. warmhalten und ziehen lassen. Den Kakao durch ein feines Sieb abgießen und den Honig unterrühren.
Variante: Wasser durch Milch ersetzten.
