I explored the Redmond Caves in Redmond, Oregon (near #KRDM Airport, served by Alaska, AA, Breeze, Delta, United). These are some small lava tubes worth a quick stop. Bring a flashlight/headlamp and a spare when exploring any cave.

If you think Redmond sounds familiar, this is not the place. You're probably thinking of Redmond, Washington in the Seattle metro area where Microsoft HQ is. This Redmond is in Eastern Oregon.

"Breeze Adds Five New Cities" by Airline Geeks / Ryan Ewing - Breeze Airways pounced on some of the vacancies left by Avelo's West Coast collapse, with new service to Eugene #KEUG and Redmond/Bend #KRDM in OR and Pasco/Tri-Cities #KPSC in WA. Ten Tanker's firefighting DC-10 Tanker 910 flew up from San Bernardino #KSBD California to do 2-3 retardant drops on the Alder Springs Fire near Redmond, Oregon and is returning to SBD.
