Edit: Just noticed on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Happy_Hacking_Keyboard that the #HHKB Pro 2 is now 20 years old — released in March 2006 — and the HHKB in general nearly 30 years, released in December 1996.

Trying my first planck-like/40% ortholinear build, it's a cstc40 from kprepublic running qmk. Currently with gateron black that came by mistake, soon with either brown or purple.

@utsavratti, @RickRae it's complete! ...For now hahaha.

I'm already considering some case mods, primarily a power switch of some kind and a reset button - will require making holes in the brand new case 🙈

I'm also considering getting a 3D printed insert made up to support/guide cables to the USB port, as at the moment you need to pay pretty close attention to plug it in correctly.

Getting more ambitious (and not possible with ZMK, at least not yet), I'd like to add an OLED screen to integrate with the rotary encoder support!
