Well, images of a chocolate brown Labrador puppy... I used to base my older AI images on Arwen, as much as the AI allowed it back in the early days. An older choccy Lab, with a greying snout. Now, Koa will soon be joining my home, and I am thinking of all the things we will be going to do together... 🤎 Of course, I will do my best to take all the pictures and videos of all the things he/we do, but I still enjoy creating images based on my Pixy character... I know that not everyone enjoys the images that have been generated by AI. I always use my own ideas, or my own images, to have AI generate new things. I know AI takes things from existing things, but with my ideas, I hope that it will be original in its own ways. I wish I were a skilled person, that I could "just" grab a drawing pad, and create all my ideas by myself. Or, that I had plenty of money, so that I could pay someone to make actual artwork of my ideas... But, unfortunately, I have no such skills, and no such money... If you don't like AI bits, please skip this post, and don't hate on me. There is already enough hate going around... Exciting times…
...and the countdown is on! As I recently shared with you all, if all goes well, we know the most important puppy dates... We have set several cuddle dates. Joke is intending to test the puppies on April 8th. And, if all goes well, I will be able to take little Koa home on April 18th. 🤎 So, until then, it's time to get all the preparations, well, the final preparations done. To look forward to each puppy date. And, to read up on some new info, as Joke (the breeder) gave me an interesting book about dogs, so I will do my best to give it a proper read through. […]
Koa comes home! (soon 😉)
During my/our first puppy meet & greet, the breeder, Joke, and I checked our calendars, and we scheduled all the upcoming visits. Exciting! But, we also scheduled the day and time on which I/we can come pick up Koa to his furever home: April 18th, at 11:00, we will be in Cuijk to pick up my boy! 🤎🤎🤎 So, mark your calendars as well, and get ready for pupdates from a (probably) tired, but very happy Cynni... Koa Koolani From the Purity of Lotus
On February 25th 2026, Gentle went into labour and several puppies were born. There were 4 boys and two girls. Unfortunately, the second girl, which would have been my gall, she didn't make it. They tried to "get her started", but she was too weak and she became a little star. 🌠 The next day, the breeder informed me about the passing of the little girl, and I cried my eyes out. I had never even met her, but I felt the loss so deeply, as she'd been loved from the moment I learned that Gentle was pregnant. I didn't know how many pups there were, I didn't know if there would be galls in there, but still... I already loved that gall for all that she could ever be. But, it wasn't meant to be. 😭 But, after about 3 very sad hours, I learned that the people who had opted for a boy, should there not be a girl for them, they decided that they really wanted a girl, not a boy. So, a boy became available. I had given it some thought already, as if course I'd been focused on welcoming a new gall into my life. I weighed the pros and cons for adding a boy to my home, instead of a girl. But, I followed my heart. And, that boy becoming available to me, it felt like a sign that it was meant to be... So, I had to start thinking of suitable names for a little dude, who'd hopefully become a big dude, as time passes by...
