Added Curaçao to my list of countries contacted via ham radio tonight. Just a brief contact in Morse code. I believe it’s my first and only international contact using Morse.

Just had a #QSO with XE1UQZ - Victor in Mexico from Olney, IL on 28.450 MHz USB. His latest QSO was with a ham in Los Angeles. #10meters #QSOs #KE0FFTqsos #10m
I liked the current “Illinois” #QSLcards so much that I decided to have a whole other set of “Colorado” QSL cards made, so that I can send cards out (better late than never) to all of those contacts that I made from Colorado between 2015-2019. This is the front. My wife took that collared lizard picture on Serpents Trail in Grand Junction, Colorado with her cell phone. #QSLcard #KE0FFT #KE0FFTqslcard #KE0FFTqsos
Couldn’t be happier with the results. Thanks to author and photographer Jan Trabue for allowing me to use her photo of one of Olney, Illinois’ white squirrels for the QSL card. #KE0FFT #KE0FFTqslcard #KE0FFTqsos
Finally came up with a unique “Olney related” #QSLcard that I like - even though it is only on eQSL.com. I need to figure out what site I want to use to get some real #QSLcards made - ASAP. My printer is such a royal PITA these days that I don't even want to spend any time trying to figure out how to do it here. Credit for the pic goes to Jan Trabue. #KE0FFT #KE0FFTqslcard #KE0FFTqsos
Tonight on the #10MeterBand: Had QSO’s with hams in Virginia Beach, VA - Albany, GA, & the Dominican Republic again. Also briefly checked into the 10/10 Net (Weds 1900cdt) (NCS was in Alabama). Been enjoying 10M USB Phone the last several days. I think the next project is going to be setting up FT8 on the IC-7300. I know there’s a version that’s more conversational & less automated. That’s the one that interests me the most. #KE0FFT10meterBand #KE0FFTqsos #KE0FFT #KE0FFT8 #KE0FFTnets #10m
At 1608UTC / 1108EST - Still listening to W6PNG - SOTA CQ from W6-SC369 located about 50mi south of Los Angeles with a booming signal into Olney, IL on 28.381 10M USB. ~ And after about 20 attempts - I worked him at 1551UTC with my G5RV-Jr about 8ft off the ground. - #SOTA #HamRadioSpots #KE0FFT #KE0FFTqsos #10M #10MeterBand
