Other changes the POST Board made, via #KARE11:
1) petty theft conviction no longer a bar to application to be an officer
2) small amt of pot conviction no longer a bar
3) No more citizen requirement; anyone legal to work in US can apply
4) Board no longer has to wait for criminal conviction to investigate officer misconduct
5) Officers now have duty to report if they see bad conduct by another officer.
