I’ve said this before. But i’ll predict it again, because this such a common pattern with #bullies when they fail:
When the fascist uprising is finally turned (don’t know when), they will immediately pivot to: ”We made you strong. We taught you the importance of #strength. You owe us!”
That is a moment you have to be prepared for, because that’s their get out of jail free -card.
It’s bullshit like everything else they say of course. Same old #justifications for why they should be in power.

There are lots of #justifications given; maybe some upper management even believes some of them. None of them hold water.
"Oh, but they're #optional!"
So an employee who can't use the tool to the utmost because he didn't attend the "optional" training won't be held to account or compared to others who took the training? Unlikely.

En #France, les #normes et #pressions sociales ainsi que les #injonctions faites aux #femmes vont toutes dans le même sens : ces dernières doivent devenir #mères. Il y a pourtant des femmes qui ne veulent pas avoir d’ #enfant. Cielle fait partie de celles-ci, et ce n’est pas facile tous les jours.
