#EnochBurke is due back in the #HighCourt #IEHC at 2pm on Friday 16th, for a hearing on the application by #WilsonsHospital that Burke should be returned to prison. The judge will be #JusticeBrianCregan, who jailed Burke in November, but released him on Wednesday.

It's so that Burke has time to prepare for his case against the DAP. Cregan says that Burke will be promptly returned to prison if he trespasses on school property. But Burke says "If I am released from this court today, I will be at my workplace tomorrow". So why release him to restart the arrest cycle? 😡

#EnochBurke is in prison again. He still lies that he is jailed for his anti-#trans beliefs. The truth is that Burke is a disruptive bully. He is jailed only for defying court orders to stay away from the school.
