Hmm yea I think it's time to replace the sump pumps. Seems the standard is anywhere from 7-10 years, and ours has multiple hallmarks of “more likely to die sooner instead of later" (lots of minerals in the water, high water table, runs a lot, lack of prior maintenance).

And will be 10 years old next year anyways. 😬

This week I replaced my bath lock box against a bath safety lock that allows easy latching.

This task took me mere 12 years.
