Squat/bench/row day and YES my asthmatic ass did the full 10 minutes of #jumping after, so goal reached; the goal being 10 minutes 3x a week. Now I just have to do it again Wed and Fri. Ende Dezember 2025 übte ich mit meiner Familie im Sonnenschein Sprünge, Freudensprünge, um zum Jahreswechsel einfach und freudig ins Neue Jahr zu springen, nicht zu rutschen,denn das ist uns zu passiv. So also wünsche ich mutige Sprünge in mutige Vorhaben , die möglichst vielen zugute kommen :-)

At the end of December 2025, my family and I practised jumping for joy in the sunshine, so that we could leap easily and happily into the New Year, rather than sliding into it, which we find too passive. So I wish you courageous leaps into courageous endeavours that will benefit as many people as possible :-)
